GROVER BEACH — November 4, 2026. Early City Council counts show different leaders in Grover Beach’s two contested districts.
What the early count shows
In District 1, Shilo Terek leads Kelvin Coveduck with 355 votes (54.95%) versus 291 (45.05%). In District 2, Jules Tuggle leads Allen Thompson with 377 (59.28%) versus 259 (40.72%).
How to interpret the vote
Each council district is a separate electorate. Neither contest should be combined with the mayoral vote. A 64-vote District 1 lead is still unofficial and subject to later counting.
