Grover Beach Trunk or Treat October 30: Free Family Event at 16th Street Park

GROVER BEACH, San Luis Obispo County — October 25, 2026. Grover Beach is inviting families to its annual Trunk or Treat event Friday, October 30, from 5 p.m. until dark at 16th Street Park, near South 16th Street and Mentone Avenue. The event is free and organized by the city with the Grover Beach Rotary Club, according to an official announcement dated October 20.

What can families expect?

Decorated vehicles staffed by participating businesses and community groups will offer candy and seasonal activities. The city says the first 300 children who arrive will receive free goodie bags, and the Rotary Club plans to provide complimentary hot dogs. Residents should not assume either supply will remain available throughout the event. Children and adults are invited to wear costumes; families should follow any safety directions from city and park staff.
